I support customer service goals and actively create strong relationships with the customer base through friendly, knowledgeable and positive communication daily. I also contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions regarding new products, events, and features. I also spearheaded out move into online sales through the website TCGPlayer.com and helped the store see a gross profit of $110k in 2023, a growth from $33k in 2022, and $5k in 2021.

As a member of the front of the house, I provided exceptional service and was a friendly face to a multitude of regular members and their guests resulting in positive long lasting connections and relationships.

I maintained supply levels in counter and customer areas to meet typical demands and ensure enjoyable experiences in the shop while building lasting bonds with customers.

At the MacRay Company I was tasked with creating signs and graphics commissioned by customers, installing signs & banners across springfield and the surrounding cities, and assisted in the manufacturing of signs and banners in the businesses print shop.

As the social media intern, I collaborated with two other students at Wittenberg to conceptualize and execute various photoshoots to post on the businesses social media accounts with the guidance of the general manager.

I was responsible for making sure the residents of the community had their needs met and creating memorable experiences for them and their families to build trust that they were in a safe environment.
