- Track contract modifications, funding, delivery schedules & performance milestones.

- Handle contract deliverables, reporting and responding to customer inquiries.

- Track turn around times, warranty claims and quality control issues for repaired systems.

- Serve as the liaison between GE and the department of defense / military.

- Coordinate with pricing, legal and engineering teams to prepare competitive bids and contract proposals.

- Work with suppliers to ensure that they have the capacity, raw materials, and readiness to support production and delivery schedules.

- Driving short-term and long-term delivery strategy and execution.

- Identifying and resolving input material risks, partnering with suppliers to identify and eliminate constraints that affect delivery performance.

- Coordinating with functional experts to resolve problems before they impact internal customers.

- Being a skilled influencer who can communicate complex messages to others.

- Pick, pack and deliver medical supplies throughout the hospital.

- Issue stock out items and update inventory through PeopleSoft.

- Provide supply chain experience in the emergency room, aiding doctors and nurses on correct location for medical supplies.

- Assist inventory analyst in daily actives such as: cycle counts, moving and shipping inventory, updating inventory usage.

- Ship outpatient orders to other CHCMC locations.

- Fill Pyxis machines with medical supplies throughout hospital with accurate par levels.
