Caleb Gray

Under the guidance of a mentor teacher, taught middle school social studies in the fall and high school social studies in the spring. Designed and executed lesson plans, adjusted instructional approaches as needed for individual success, graded assignments, and participated in ongoing professional development activities.

Taught children ages 8-17 how to sail Optimists, 420s, Turnabouts and J-22s during the summers. Exposed them to all aspects of sailing and racing, including basic weather patterns, proper stewardship, boat safety, rules of the water, and the physics of sailing.

Interacted with zoo guests to inspire a love of wildlife and conservation. Taught visitors about giraffes and how to feed them.

Identified key issues important to voters and increased voter engagement by effectively communicating campaign messages door-to-door.

Assisted the master brewer with a variety of tasks essential to the production of craft beer. Responsible for transfer and handling, packaging, sanitation, quality control, and inventory management.
