• Responds to security emergencies. Responds, controls and oversees calls for assistance and alarms.

  Monitors critical building security systems such as cameras, alarms, access control and weapons detection screening systems.
  Maintains and properly operates equipment including radio, emergency vehicle and TASER.

• Serves as a department liaison to internal partners, community partners and other customers. Partners with internal customers to identify risk and safety concerns.
  Provides education to internal customers to mitigate personal safety in and out of the workplace.
  Serves on organizational regulatory and security committees.

• I make sure that routes are checked-in in a timely manner
• Inputting accurate information into the system along with correcting mistakes
• Getting routes prepared for the following day
• Handing out and receiving weapons before and after shifts
• Answering customer phone calls and giving them the best possible answer or directing them to where they can receive it
• Sending out nightly reports such as audits and daily emails
• Making sure that people are trained correctly and have the proper tools to what they need to be successful
• Making sure the building is safe and secure along with locking building down
• Answering coworkers questions with things they may be having trouble with and try to show / walk them thru the process to solve it
• Moving trucks / working on them to make sure that they are up to code or need to go into the shop for repairs
• Closing down the building and making sure it’s locked and secured

With being a Vault Lead come a lot of different hats that come with the job. Always learning and striving to be a better leader. With how everything is set up, I have taken on a lot more roles to strive for excellence and make the business better.

• Co-branding with surrounding venues, restaurants and hotels to expand business clients
• Oversaw all Rhino’s events including Vikings Home games (2018/2019) Hands on with Twins Homes Games (2018/2019, Final Four (2019), UFC (2019), Pacquiao vs Thurman Fight (2019)
• Accompanied such celebrities Dwayne Wade and Family, Jonathan Schoop and Luis Arraez
• Kept and average about 150 to 200 people in order at these events
• Razed sales to about $80k to $100k a week at the club.
