This is my story and my life’s journey. I graduated high school a year early during the summer of 2016. I grew up working in my fathers machine shop and cutting peoples grass on the side. I enlisted in the Marine Corps shortly after. I was stationed in Oceanside California which was a huge culture shock from small town Virginia. Four years went by in a blink of an eye. I was six months in on a nine month deployment when I received the news on my grandfathers unexpected passing away. Around the same time I received some of the most shocking news of my life that I had just become a father. After some of the longest three months of my life I returned to the United States to a three month old. Only to find out that the child was never mine to begin with. I returned to my home town in Virginia, and bought my first home. I was in a very dark place mentally physically and spiritually. Suffered from anxiety and panic attacks constantly. I started a construction job for a man that was also a Pastor. I began my healing journey by renovating my house. I grew up in a Christian household owned a bible but haven’t opened it in eight years. I found myself wrestling with my faith and belief. I did research on Christian history and it honestly destroyed what little faith I had left. Shortly after I found myself on my living room floor in the fetal position in the mist of a severe panic attack. I cried out to God, and said Jesus of your real, I will give you everything. I was Immediately hit with the spirit of God. Felt a strong peace enter my body, and the panic attack ceased. I spent the next year in Texas attending a ministry school called Lifestyle Christianity University. The following year I met my wife. We got married and started a family. I am moving in the next chapter that God has for me and would love an opportunity to work at your company.
