I take tremendous pride in doing my job to the best of my ability in order to keep my facility in the best shape I can. I have worked for the church full time for five years, part time for a year prior.
When I started on a team of ten, I watered flowers and assisted other facility team members with their tasks. Four years later, I was promoted to oversee one of our two campuses, which is about 150,000 square feet, including multiple playgrounds and ball fields. I enjoy making my workplace an efficient and enjoyable place for those around me. I receive, plan, and execute routine maintenance, work orders, building projects. Some examples are two large pavilions, fences, shade structures, and emergency repairs such as high pressure water line breaks and roof leaks. I coordinate with leaders to help plan and prepare for large community events, conferences, and outreach projects. I am eager to learn and pick up information quickly.
