-General farm work and maintenance of farm equipment.

-Light landscaping and hardscaping.

-Professionally install EIFS (exterior plaster) and cultured stone up to manufacturer and city/County specifications, codes.

-Manage and oversee daily jobs items operations when needed.

-Communicate and coordinate with general and sub contractors as well as home owners/builders.

-Measure projected jobsites for material order and billing invoices when needed.

-Transport and return of jobsite materials.

-Setup and breakdown of scaffolding and ladders.

-Compliance of OSHA safety standards.

-Professionally install EIFS (exterior plaster) and cultured stone up to manufacturer and city/county specifications , codes.

-General labor for finish plasterers installing EIFS and cultured stone.

-Basic apprentice work plastering.

-Taping, mixing of material (plaster/mortar).

-Assemble and teardown of scaffolding and ladders.

-General roof repair and installation (shingles/metal).

-Start to finish remodel and addition work to existing homes.

-Framing, siding, window install, drywall, paint, tile, trim, plumbing, light electrical, flooring, cabinet/countertop installation.

-Deck framing and staining.

-Coordinate and communicate with with employer and home owners about assigned tasks.

-General labor.

-General tear-off and installation of shingles on residential houses.

-Flat roof repair and installation.

-Light framing/decking repair.
