I am a youth competitor from Southeast Kansas who competes in barrel racing, pole bending, goat tying, breakaway roping, and cutting. I am actively involved in my family's cattle and horse operation, where I help manage horse daily care, livestock, ad breeding decisions. Through both competition and ranch work I have developed a strong horsemanship, work ethic, and a commitment to continual improvement in and out of the arena.

  • Assist with daily care and management of performance horses and cattle.
  • Responsible for feeding, watering, stall cleaning, and monitoring horse health and condition.
  • Help condition and exercise horses, including arena work and outside riding.
  • Assist with hauling prep, tack organization, and event readiness.
  • Participate in basic livestock care including checking cattle, riding pens, pulling sick calves, helping doctor, and general ranch chores.
  • Assist in broodmare management, including exposure to breeding decisions and stallion selection.
  • Participate in evaluating crosses and bloodlines as part of the breeding program.
  • Own and help manage a small herd of cow and calf pairs.
  • Hands on help with preparing young horses (babies to 2 year olds) for saddling, training, etc.
