I have contributed to various government and commercial projects throughout my career. I possess strong leadership and managerial skills, and I am a self-motivated individual with a solid work ethic. I have extensive experience in handling a wide range of issues such as Personnel, Quality, Safety, Scheduling, Planning, Material Controls, Engineering, Customer Service, Program Management, Financials, and more. I utilize my skills and experiences to continuously improve product and process quality in all my decision-making efforts. Safety is my top priority, followed by producing high-quality products and performing efficiently. I adopt a hands-on management approach and prioritize assembling a diverse team that can maximize their skills to benefit the company. I have a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects and departments. I am budget-conscious and consider the company's financial status as a whole, striving to reduce costs wherever possible.
