I am a 16 year old high school student who is aiming to go to culinary school after I graduate. I enjoy cooking a lot and wish to own my own restaurant eventually. I have had 2 summers working at restaurants and am looking for a new job. I am also doing a program at Johnson and Wales university (the school I want to go to)over the summer. I am skilled at most common cooking and baking methods and I will gladly learn new ones as well. I learn quick and am good at staying on my feet in the kitchen.
