Engine run and run taxi certified. Performed engine idle leak test and performed engine high power run. Performed line maintenance, service check, and heavy check on Airbus 320 and 321. Removed and replaced nose and main Landing Gear wheel assembly. Performed nose wheel steering operational check. Removed and replace passenger and service door slides. Removed and replaced door slide bottle. Removed and replaced Electronic Engine control (EEC). Removed and replace engine starter valve. Removed and placed high pressure valve (HPV) and deactivate according to MEL
Performed light C-check on Boeing 737. Removed #6 slat. Removed and reinstalled winglet and ventral strake. Reinstalled portable water tank. Removed and replaced wheel assembly. Serviced hydraulic system A and B. Performed operational check of the brake shuttle valve and performed operational check on the landing gears. Removed and reinstalled panel and fabricated cargo sidewall panels.
Performed heavy C- check maintenance on C-130. Removed all fuel pipe line from the fuel tank and surge box and removed collector tank to check for any damage in the fuel tank as well as removing the fuel line and bladder out of the auxiliary tank. Reinstalled all fuel line after inspection and pressure checked each of the 5 fuel tanks. Removed main landing gears, wheels, and brakes. Displaced insulation to inspect aircraft frame and replaced it in its original configuration. Reinstalled AC pack after be inspected for and damaged.
Performed heavy C- check maintenance on EMB145, 170,175, and 190 such as removing and replacing components such wheels, brakes, filters, hydraulic pumps etc. Changed out flight control cables, removed and reinstalled the landing gear for inspection. Removed and reinstalled the pilot windshield and the primary flight controls such as the elevators and their trim tabs and the rudder. Removed and and reinstalled APU and replace APU fuel feed shroud preformed door rigs and operational check such as gear swings, brakes, 7 degree proximity switch, cabin pressurization and etc.
Maintained Boeing 717, MD 88, aircraft for storage. Completely tore down a MD 90. Performed 7 day checks. Returned to service (RTS) Aircraft such as Airbus 319, 320, and 330 as well as Boeing aircraft 737, 757, 767, 777.
Performed heavy C- Check on boeing 757 and 767. Remove and reinstalled flight control surfaces such and the flaps and ailerons. Removed and reinstalled CF6 engines. Removed components such as engine air filters, wheels, brakes, ailerons actuator, and anti ice valve etc. Serviced the landing gear struts, APU, and the engine.
Performed heavy maintenance on EMB 170 and EMB 175 such as removing fan blade for inspection and lubricated fan blade pin before reinstalling the blades. Removed and replaced oil filter, wheel, brake, proximity switches and etc.
Performed heavy C-Check on Boeing 747 and 767. Performed a gear repack. Removed and reinstalled engine cowling, wheels, and flight control surface such as the flap. Removed and replace components such and oil cooler air filter, brakes, and insulation.
