• Performed general labor duties such as unloading trucks, stocking shelves with inventory, and pulling orders.

• I was hired as a manufacturing expediter to oversee the production schedule and to ensure that all sales orders meet lead times to keep our customers satisfied.

• Fagor 5 axis Saw- Operator must check vacuum hoses and pump to ensure that systems are in proper working order.
• Verify dimensions and specs on blueprint match dimensions on material before saw operation.

• Measuring piece after every cut to make sure the machine is cutting in square.
• CMS Saw- Before operation, inspect vacuum pump for water and ensure rollers are in working condition.

• DMS Router- Effectively use jigs and offsets to perform daily duties.
• Adjusted angle of table by turning handwheel, bolted and clamped holding jigs to table.

• Secured first job out of high school in manufacturing.
• I started out helping the drivers pull orders for our customers. One day a forklift driver had an accident, so they asked me if I wanted to learn to drive a forklift. They taught me how to drive a sit down electric lift.
• Job duties including inspecting forklift before start of shift, putting away pallets in the warehouse that come off the production line. Ensure that all machines have the supplies they need to keep running.
