Worked as a part-time Laborer during the summers as well as during Christmas time. The job consisted of using jackhammers to remove concrete and then dispose of concrete. Demolition of the interior of buildings. Building 3,000 to 5,000 block retaining walls. In the summer of 2023, I managed the construction of a retaining wall for a baseball complex where I ran a 5 man crew to complete the retaining wall in a timely fashion.

Some of the other responsibilities I had as a laborer consisted of:

• Utilized hammers, saws, squares, levels, and fastening devices to complete projects.
• Worked independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
• Brought materials and tools from trucks and storage facilities to work site locations and organized for expected needs.

• Monitored first tee, tee-off times, and turn times to anticipate schedule problems.
• Handled cashier work inside the clubhouse to assist players.
• Maximized customer service and satisfaction by providing directions to visitors regarding requested locations and events
• Maintaining professionalism when talking to guests and conducting good customer service when working in the pro-shop.
• Greeted golf course guests and shared information on course conditions, rules, and gameplay.
• Kept golf course equipment stored properly and reported maintenance needs.
• Kept Golf carts clean and staged for guests to use. As well as keeping the golf carts charged overnight.
• Maintain driving range. which consisted of making sure that there were clean range balls for guests and that the driving range was clean-picked.

• Organized racks and shelves to maintain store visual appeal, engage customers, and promote specific merchandise.
• Helped customers locate products and checked store system for availability.
• Prepared merchandise for the sales floor by pricing or tagging.
• Rotated stock and restocked shelves to maintain product availability and store appearance.
• Utilization of customer service experience.
