- Maintained compliance with health, safety and environment practices.
- Report to shift supervisor on production status, problems and deviations.
- Observe all safety rules and regulations and encouraged others to do same, effectively reducing work-related injuries.
- Prepare reports and technical documentation of day-to-day production processes.
- Isolate and prepare equipment (PTW & LOTO) for corrective and scheduled maintenance procedures.
- Effectively communicates with Operations Day Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, DCS panel Operator and Area Authority all critical and potential impact to the facility or field operations to ensure work can proceed safely.
- Obtain samples in accordance to the main lab's standards.
- Manipulate and actively monitor operating conditions and parameters of field equipment including pumps, compressors and other PLC operated stand-alone packages to ensure they are within their operating envelope, integrity limits and product specifications according to established procedures.
- Troubleshoot and identify abnormal process deviation in relation to physical changes or anomalies with field equipment, process parameters or potential safety concerns and ensures they are timely communicated to the DCS Operator and Shift Supervisor. Able to react to process upset conditions and emergencies according to procedure.
- Commissioning of Venture Global LNG Plaquemines Phase 1.
- Report work progress and schedule or budget matters.
- Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems.
- Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Witness commissioning and testing of individual components, systems, as a complete integrated unit to meet all contractual obligations.
