  • Reached out to families of Student Athletes across the world to aid their goals of participating in college athletics in the United States. In this role, I educated families on the recruitment process across 34 sports for both Men's and Women's athletics.
  • Asked critical questions in order to discern where families are at in their recruitment process on a case by case basis. This required great attention to detail, active listening, and comprehensive note taking.
  • Scheduled meetings with our Recruiting Specialists for the families to learn more about how they can earn a spot on a college roster for their sport and additional information on how we can help them achieve this goal. This involved extensive use of the Salesforce CRM and Zoom Phone.

  • Development and maintenance of relationships with key personnel at each account, including management of major corporations and ownership of small businesses.
  • Provided excellent customer service when working with account staff and their customers. Customers generally have many questions about certain wines and their types, providing information in a friendly and knowledgeable manner is a must.
  • Creating displays and tracking them in accordance to specifications set by each account. This took creativity and negotiation, as each account has different desires, requirements, and space limitations.

Northern Maine Sales Assistant

  • Partnered with members of competing companies to accomplish major wine aisle resets across Maine at all Hannaford locations within the Northern Maine Territory.
  • Merchandised product at each store on every Tuesday and Friday. The entire sales team must merchandise on these days in order to have our products on the shelf. This position is where I learned how to do so.
