In my short time at Ewing, I have been able to introduce and implement processes that have resulted in turning an underperforming Branch into a profitable one. I have aided in establishing the first material yard in South Texas and continue to work on growing that category in my Branch and the region. Together, Ewing colleagues and myself have been able to change the culture within the Branch and it has resulted in doubling Branch sales in 2 years.
I will continue to learn and grow as an individual and be motivated to help others to do the same so we can continue a positive trajectory for my Branch and the company as a whole.
