Greif
07.2024 - 11.2024
As a multi-craft maintenance technician my day in and day out include completing PM’s on all of our equipment such as bearing lubrication, checking for wear on shafts, bearing inspections, and many other tasks. Since hiring into Greif I’ve been able to get accustomed to being in a big industrial environment, and become more polished with rigging equipment, large motor installs, motor and shaft alignment, as well as wiring in 4160. I do a large amount of fabrication projects as well, including things that need tig welded, stick welded, or any of the repairs on bobcat buckets, and breakdowns needed. Pump rebuilding is also a large part of our tasks as we do all of those in house. Some great skills I’ve acquired working here include attention to detail, working in a safe and time friendly manor, equipment rigging, completing NFPA 70 certificate, and working in a large team environment.
