Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborates with senior leadership to define and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Talent Management: Partners with the Talent Acquisition team on new candidates, while supporting Operations partners with employee development and retention strategies to ensure we have the right people in the right roles.
- Employee Relations: Provides guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and investigations.
- Organizational Development: Partners with management to design and implement organizational changes, structures, and processes to enhance performance and productivity.
- Performance Management: Supports Operations leaders with implementing effective performance management processes, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting appraisals.
- HR Compliance: Ensures compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Currently supporting 3 Corporate markets and 4 Franchise markets across 8 states.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Provides coaching and mentoring to managers and employees to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzes HR data to identify trends, measure the impact of HR initiatives, and inform decision-making.
