• Working as a network engineer both inside and outside of the office
• Supporting both the other engineers and technicians in the field on installations and implementations of any and all network related jobs both in house and in the field.

• Participating in projects that improve both the flow and the efficiency of the office through optimizations such as making 85% of our storage all virtual though Veem and creating off site backups in two separate locations.
• Redesigning and engineering of our wireless systems from the ground up.
• Working to improve the quality of our wireless network which includes, pushing updates, mounting and programming new equipment from backhauls to subscriber modules and everything in between, and all of the other facets of maintaining and optimizing a up to date wireless network.
• Facilitated training sessions for end-users on new technology adoption and best practices for network usage.
• Implemented monitoring tools and performing penetration tests to identify potential threats and holes in the network, ensuring continuous system stability.
• I will be maintaining my employment here until the doors close in our office on May 31 2024

Working on a contract basis performing computer repair, website development, and building computers

• Worked to clean up computers and get them ready for resale for clients working with up to 10 computers at a time.
• Throughout the pandemic, I built 20 or more computers and repaired 50 or more computers and various devices to be resold.
• Towards the end of the pandemic, I started working on a contract basis for Monon Telephone Company which led to me getting hired on full time there.

• Documented cash, credit, fixed assets, accrued expenses, and line of credit transactions for various businesses and farmers.
• Writing orders that were then sent to plant where those fertilizers were mixed and shipped out according to the invoices that were given
• Worked directly with the state of Indiana to maintain our license to provide the chemicals for our customers to use
• Being the accountant with the least amount of tenure, I was furloughed on May 30th due to Covid 19.

• Verified all incoming and outgoing trucks were thoroughly checked to verify that the correct parts and quantities were loaded according to the order specifications.
• Worked directly with the shipping teams at the warehouse to effectively move trucks in and out of the facility.
• Kept management informed of account statuses through regular reports detailing financial balances and billing efforts.

• In my role as a store manager, I held the responsibility of overseeing the recruitment, training, and overall maintenance of the store.
• I was held accountable for all financial and the technological aspects of my store.
• From setting up new phones and prototypes in our store to managing sales operations and marketing initiatives, I was involved in all of the various aspects of the business.
• I focused most of my energy on getting to know each and every phone and operating system that came into my office
• Spent extensive time and attention on then training my team not only on how to sell the product but to be able to teach our customers on how to use their phones and how their phones could best serve the customers needs
• Within just a few short months, in April 2017 my team and I had achieved the Indiana sales record which, as far as I understand, still stands today
