Over the past 14 years, I have honed my skills in a variety of settings, demonstrating my ability to manage services effectively and work with diverse populations. My previous roles have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the needs and challenges in early childhood development and education in general, making me well-prepared to make a significant impact in the education or child development field. I bring to the table a strong set of skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, exceptional organizational skills, and interpersonal skills that enable me to interact effectively with parents, children, and staff. My strengths as a responsible, self-motivated, and hardworking individual have always guided me in my professional journey. These attributes, coupled with my passion for early childhood development, make me a perfect fit for a role in early childhood development. My academic background in Early Childhood Development from Wayland Baptist University has equipped me with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to excel in this field. This education has been the foundation of my career, and I am eager to leverage it within my career.
