I have built my career with US Bank over the years:

• Teller- Received 'Stellar Teller' quarterly awards for 3 years straight for maintaining highest customer service scores within my branch and district
• Teller Coordinator-Maintained quarterly 'Stellar Teller' and 'Top Box' awards for being highest in sales and customer service scores within my branch and district. Was nominated and won Legends of Possible award in 2018 for outstanding achievement
• Assistant Branch Manager-Maintained perfect scores from RQA receiving awards for best audits in the district for several years in a row
• Client Relationship Consultant III- NMLS certified and top loan producer within my branch and district
• Client Relationship Consultant IV- Graduated from Warren County Leadership Class of 2021, Building Tennessee program, Advanced Lending program, and New Hire Mentor in Central Tennessee all while maintaining highest loan production within my branch in 2020 and 2021
• Branch Manager II- Upon completing my first full year as a BM, I have all employees in the branch engaged within the community by teaching them the importance of being present in the community and networking with peers through the local chamber of commerce and organizations of their choice, while volunteering time of my own to multiple organizations like Habitat for Humanity, CUMC Back to School Bash, Boyd Christian Schools, Proud to Serve BRG, Women of CBB BRG, and the Warren County Chamber of Commerce. I have strong focus on building relationships with business partners in order to become an asset to each other, while also keeping focus on the morale and engagement of my team. I co-lead Central Tennessee's Emerging Leaders class, am a member of Kentucky/Tennessee/ North Carolina's KatalysT class of 2024, and often privately mentor CRCs who want to be branch managers. I was able to successfully mentor a motivated CRC II to a newly promoted branch manager with 6 months of intense coaching in 2023. I have been nominated and awarded Legends of Possible for my strong efforts and results of 2023.

• Introduction to consumer and business lines insurance. Was able to leverage this career opportunity to meet several businesses in the community and give them a peace of mind that their businesses were protected.

• Introduction to consumer banking. This is where I was able to learn the roots of customer service and the importance of community. Made many connections within the community and started learning the importance of volunteerism through the bank donating employee time to the 'Meals on Wheels' foundation.
