My first and only job has been Chick-fil-A, which sparked my love for displaying servant leadership. I’ve moved from team member, to training coach, to leader, and am now the assistant director, which gives me the opportunity to build leaders and excel in developing our team and protecting our positive culture. Our leadership team is constantly creating ways to improve our processes and procedures to ensure the best guest experience, which has made me very adaptable to change over time.
As the Back of House Night Time Assistant Director, I am responsible for running the kitchen from 2-11 PM. With this job, I build shift leaders and trainers and help them grow by continuous coaching and development. I am in control of keeping the operation of the kitchen running smoothly and maintaining a clean, safe, happy environment for the guests and the team.
