Responsibilities included:

• New client (human and dog) evaluations to match programs with behavioral or skill based training such as private lessons, group classes and camp programs
• Conducting private lessons with human and dog to match their unique training needs
• Working with camp dogs to provide individual training sessions throughout the day
• Provide recommendations for training equipment
• Follow up calls and texts to keep up with client progress in programs.

• Create forecasts for Choice brands by month and by brand for budgeting purposes
• Lead the brand and industry performance tracking for use in monthly Executive Operating Reviews and quarterly Earnings Releases
• Explore opportunities for new data sources and analysis techniques.

• Created a model to estimate the total size of global hotel spend with results used to drive Procurement strategy and potential savings opportunities.
• Led a cross functional team with a goal to improve overall reporting capabilities for $780M in Corporate spend and $790M in Hotel spend.
• Researched and presented options to the Chief Procurement Officer to initiate a Supplier Diversity program.

• Led hotel industry forecasting project for supply, demand, and rate projections in three focus countries with different market cuts, 11 additional key countries and 31 other secondary countries
• Analyzed IHG brand and competitive data to track hotel performance
• Supported Investor Relations in preparing for the quarterly financial releases.

• Developed a standardized tracking methodology to measure the performance of sales teams around the global in a consolidated report
• Prepared requirements for the database, performed QA testing and analysis to ensure that requirements were met, and managed the development of reports.
