• Managed receiving operations and proper storage of incoming materials.

• Log on incoming samples of raw materials, in-process materials, resins, and finished products in log book and electronic files
• Prepares test samples for microbiological analyses using aseptic techniques
• Responsible for collection, storage, and inventory of API and intermediates received from production
• Inspected raw materials and finished products to verify quality and disposed items that did not meet safety requirements.
• Generate labels for GMP and nonGMP material/product to be sent out to buyers
• Weighed, bottled, and labeled API and intermediates to fill sales orders
• Operates general laboratory equipment such as an autoclave, pipet machine, incubator, etc
• Able to calibrate balances/micro balances for proper use and accurate reading
• Extensive use of glove box with material needing to be purged with nitrogen/argon

• Receives goods from suppliers, raw material sampling, inventory control, dispensing, packaging and labeling of finished product
• Coordinates material and product transfer requirements with production personnel
• Labels material and transfers dispensed material to appropriate storage areas
• Utilizes scales, fume hoods and glove boxes for dispensing/sampling product
• Ensures the proper cleaning and sterilization of required work areas, sampling rooms, and dispense hoods
• Performs the physical task involved with receiving, sampling, and storing raw, in-process and finished product
• Perform final dispensing and labeling of API before being packaged and sent to customer/client

• Receive incoming raw materials and products
• Verify weight, count, and quality of raw materials
• Verify donor status and creates master receipt (MR) for raw materials
• Create and confirm labels and input data into the RMA system
• Work in production area
• Perform physical task of receiving, sampling, and storing of raw material
• Pipette raw material into appropriate vials to be sent to lab for tests

• Inspected finished products and prepared them for shipping
• Inspected lens for defects and repairs through proper QA procedures
• Organized work to meet demanding production goals
• Completes required production documentation accurately
• Operates production related equipment (i.e shrink wrap machine, hot sealer, high powered microscope/lens etc.)

Make sure environment is clean and sanitized for production.

• Certified and experienced in mixing solutions for cleaning
• Daily wear and work in PPE
• Adhere to safety guidelines and restrictions
• Conform with cGMP and GDP standards
• Receive and distribute supplies into the production area when necessary
• Cleaned and maintained controlled rooms

• Read, understand, and use different measuring devices
• Experienced and qualified in the 5 step cleaning of parts and equipment
• Collate parts for equipment assembly
• Perform removal of hazardous waste
• Follow all safety rules, SOPs, cGMP, work rules and other company policies
