While I was employed with Big Boy Restaurants I was the training manager for Northern Mi. I produced more than a dozen effective, successful General and Asst Managers.
During my short time with Miller Apple, ( 3 years ) the team I created took that store from ranking 19th out of 21 company stores to #3 in the company when I left. Our store won the most improved award for climbing the most spots in one year.
I was previously certified in ServSafe and Alcohol training.
( the certifications have just expired due to not currently working in the restaurant business )
I took a leap into the finance world and can proudly say that I hold the best numbers in the business office this dealership has ever seen in it's 25+ years.
