Working out in the GYM, Reading

I love going to the gym 4 or 5 times a week and it helps me out decompress when I had long hours at work and families matters.  It is something I have been doing for years and it has become part of my lifestyle so speak.  Over the years I have come to believe that when I am consistent with me having time to go work out in the gym, I do not get sick but when I do fall off in not going to the gym, I tend to get sick with flu or cold and it last longer than when i do routinely go sweat in the gym.


I have always loved to read and i do often visit bookstores and libraries to check on novels and magazines.  It keeps my mind alert and I do get to learn of authors i would have not know if I didn't read their books.
