• Collaborated with MRM heads and team leads to strategically execute internal transformation initiatives, as well as streamline portfolio risk reporting within the MRM framework by automating operational reporting procedures.

• Liaised between internal teams & several high-volume clients to address issues related to custody, accounting, tax, income, and various market requirements (SOC1/SOC2, GASB, ERISA requirements, etc.)
