I'm Capri Romney, a junior in high school with a rich tapestry of experiences and skills. Since 2021, I've been dedicated to my work, starting as a Skate Attendant and Rink Monitor at TriState Ice Management in Navy Yard. This role taught me the importance of customer service and professionalism.
Transitioning to Fort DuPont, also in Navy Yard, I spent two years as a Rink Manager, where I led various operational aspects and ensured customer satisfaction. This experience honed my organizational skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Outside of work, I'm deeply involved in my school community. As the Varsity Lacrosse Captain, I lead by example both on and off the field, inspiring my teammates to excel. Additionally, as the WLPCS Social Media Manager, I'm adept at digital communication and marketing strategies.
My engagement in extracurricular activities, such as being a Student Leader and Founder/President of the Health Justice Club, reflects my passion for community engagement and leadership development. I'm also involved in the Pep Squad and serve as the Model UN Treasurer.
