Moving to Washington DC in 2009 I was a lead server, bartender, and hospitality manager to some of the most sophisticated clientele of a high powered international city. In addition to supervising, training and acting as a team leader I was responsible for the inventory and accountability in a licensed setting. I continued in fine dining in Florida for 3 1/2 years before returning to Michigan.
