As co-founder, I am acquainted with non profit requirements and leadership rolls. Equine-Assisted Learning is a skill-building method where people work with horses to achieve particular personal or professional goals. A client works with a facilitator to create a session based on the client's goals. The facilitator will guide a participant through sessions and observe horse behavior. They link horses behave back to the goal and process.
