I have had the privilege to work in many different areas within the hospital including; Med/Surg, OB, ICU and Case management.

• Implemented medications and IV administration, catheter insertions and airway management. Maintained.
• Advocated for patients by communicating care preferences to practitioners, verifying interventions met treatment goals and identifying insurance coverage limitations.

Over the last 3 years I have been working straight hospice care. Providing end of life care and education. Managing patient's care in facilities and in their homes. Including pain management/medication management, physician communication, family support and crisis management, as well as on call support.

Worked under many different titles. Answered call lights and supported patient comfort and safety by providing assistance with all ADLs. Provided medication administration, wound treatments and family care conferences. Evening and night supervisor, overseeing staff and patient care.
