I provided daily wound care and dressing changes when needed. I initiated pain pumps on my patients when ordered via IV, PAC, SQ, orally, Peg tube, etc. I worked over the phone with our contact physician daily. I documented charts daily. I addressed any changes in the patients plan of care with doctor or supervisor.
