JUNE 2002-JULY 2021-STORE MANAGER

Oversaw all store operations with 19 years of successful and profitable years. Continued to assist other locations with inventory counts and reconciliation. Location management included a band and orchestra repair shop, fretted instrument repair shop and all operations pertaining to school and education sales and services. Attended NAMM product shows in Anaheim, California and Nashville, Tennessee. Worked directly with multiple vendors to negotiate deals and ordered product for all locations.

Began working for McCarty-Holman grocery stores at the age of 16 as a cashier/stock clerk. Over the next 20 years worked through all levels of the store operations. Worked as a cashier, stock clerk, stock crew manager, assistant store manager and store manager. Operations covered all aspects of hiring, training, and operations of all store departments. Responsibilities for maintaining high quality store conditions, great customer service and maintaining proper stock levels with minimum inventory shrink loses.

Worked as the leader for all new store start-ups and all store remodels by planning all merchandising displays and placing orders for such. Leader of front end operations during all grand openings by ensuring great customer service experiences.
