  • Apparel products manufactured include: leather belts and leather accessories, food chain uniforms, underwear, lingerie, embroidery and screen print tee shirts.
  • Source and track apparel products to ensure they are delivered on time.
  • Opened plant in Honduras in 2002 employing over 2000 personnel - train employees with regard to U.S. manufacturing techniques, oversee sewing and train them to do all plant jobs.
  • During the embroidery process, developed business for Nike, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Old Navy, etc., among others - first company to manufacture the Michael Jordan brand.
  • Developed new products and techniques utilized industrywide.
  • Moved manufacturing operations from Liberty, NC along with our Madison, NC Embroidery operations to Honduras - currently still in operation.
  • Due to mechanical background, gained several awards for inventions on embroidery equipment and have won several gold ribbons at trade shows for innovations.
  • Went to Mexico with Adidas and completed a three week course in lean manufacturing in 2003 and applied it to our textile mill - also received training in 2003.
  • When our factory moved Honduras we used sub contractors for our sewing.
  • Managed seven manufacturing plants; started sewing 100,000 shirts per month and grew it to 650,000 per month in one year.
