I am a retired professional athlete (NHL), an experienced international executive, a seasoned program/project leader, a former high school Principal, and a serial builder & entrepreneur.
My past clients include the Canadian Olympic Committee, Canadian Paralympic Committee, several government branches, VC's, software start-ups, & real estate companies. I led the development of Game Plan, Canada's National/Olympic athlete transition program. I am an executive (20+ years) and operator with experience driving growth across North America in health tech, prop tech & ed tech. I managed a worldwide portfolio of 13 SaaS companies for SureSwift Capital.
As a registered Project Management Professional (PMP) I have over 10,000 hours of strategic program management & project management. I am a certified change leadership, knowledge management, and UXUI specialist. I have deep knowledge in operational systems like EOS & McKinsey's 7S's, and a plethora of management software associated to structure, systems, sales, staff, and software development.
I am the founder of BrilliantShift, a base-camp and think tank for entrepreneurship, deep data analysis & valuation, change & project leadership, and business startup incubation & acceleration.
