
Trained to run and maintian a production line (sheeter line, extruder line) while using computer programs such as Azo (automated flour delivery system) schick( daily production O.I.T screens). As a operator you are responsible for gluten free and allergin free change overs as well as maintaing very good GMP through out the shift, while paying close attention to the H.A.C.C.P to ensure a quality product. I also was trained on material handling( in charge of delivering and returning material for day to day production, which also trained me on several inventory computer programs such as Backflush, oracle, telnet. i also was promoted to the lead of the floor which i was in charge of a 10+ team that ran production and i also trouble shooted to assist operator in day to day production. I also maintained labor efficiency and waste control i also ensured everyone was using proper P.P.E to ensure safety. also proformed minor mechanical work and routine equipment maintenance
