This was a very diverse position. I began as a Bartender, promoted to AGM. As I trained to become the GM. I performed more duties than a standard GM. I managed a full staff of 54 at this location, including bartenders, servers, cocktail waitresses, kitchen staff and security. Because this was a club in the evening it I had more responsibility than just food service, but safety for all patrons and employees. I made sure all staff was informed on safety procedures doing additional trainings with our local Sheriff's department. This position required my full attention to profitability through social media, promotional marketing.
