• Provided a safe and nurturing environment for at-risk youth through consistent supervision and positive reinforcement.

• In these three years with the company, I had the opportunity to receive training (CPI and CPR) that helps me be prepared to serve and help youths in times of crisis. I have also gained experience on the floor, always following the rules and mission of our company to provide quality service to our youth.

Our mission as a company was to guide, educate, and protect our children.
One of my many responsibilities was to teach them basic life skills.

• How to eat properly with utensils.
• Toilet training , proper hygiene.
  Prepare them for their first year of kindergarten.
• Exercise with them.
• Document, observation, creating a lesson plan.
• We taught children to understand codes for emergency protocols.
• Providing full support when it's needed.
• Making sure all their daily needs are met.

I provided my services to the aforementioned company for two years. It is worth mentioning that the company I work for is a delegate of the IMSS (Mexican Institute of Social Security). I had the opportunity to become certified in the provision of services and care, as well as the comprehensive development of children in child care centers.

My certification is endorsed by the State of Sonora, and it consisted of multiple trainings on different topics related to the integral development of children. I also obtained certificates during the two years in workshops on child protection, induction to civil protection, first aid, planning and carrying out drills, search and rescue, evacuation of buildings, prevention and fighting of fires, and a safe return to work in the face of COVID-19.
