  • I am the first tier on answering the phones and assisting the customers the best way I can along with answering the questions I can with the best of my Knowledge
  • I also do scheduling for the technicians with the calls we get in throughout the day
  • I work with excel as well doing spread sheets for all the units we have, the type and the certain filters we use for them
  • I just got moved up to commercial dispatcher in this company on the HVAC side
  • So I also send out bills and make quotes for some of the jobs they do as well, making sure the customer has received them, and make sure they approve it

  • I would greet the customers as they came into the building and asked them what I could help them with
  • Seeing if they were checking in or needing to set up an appointment
  • I would also answer the phones, schedule appointments, move them around and cancel them if need be
  • Every morning we would send out reminder messages to make sure they were going to make it in to the appointment
  • I would also take payments here as well when the customer was done with there session, most of them had a card on file but some didn't and other paid in cash as well
  • We would also clean on our down time to stay busy, making sure laundry was folded, sheets were put up
  • I also have a little bit of experience in sales
  • We would tell our customers about our monthly membership with us
  • It was a membership where you accrued a certain amount of hours and you technically got a free massage, but you still had to pay $65 a month
  • The good thing with the membership is you didn't pay that every time you came in for your appointment
