- An awesome experience to get to work and open a brand new theme park; it was an exciting challenge that I happily embraced. I took the initiative to develop a program focused on improving shop organization and making sure our inventory of materials is always up to date. During construction periods, I delegated tasks and worked closely with the creative team at Epic. I'm glad to have had the opportunity to lead several diverse projects here at Epic. - Returning to IOA as a lead has been a positive experience for me, given my familiarity with the park. I successfully led the painting project for Bluto's Dry, and One Fish Dry. Additionally, I have initiated and overseen several back-of-house projects, including the repainting of the entire back-of-house areas for the Cat in the Hat building, Dr. Doom, and Spider-Man. I also conducted a meeting with our EHS manager to begin the standardization of safety lines at curbs, ramps, doors, and other necessary locations; this is our current focus.
