• Stores and removes chemicals used in processing, in accordance with established procedures and laws. Uses a forklift to transfer product to staging areas in an orderly and safe manner. Places/removes dosimeter, following safety and regulatory requirements.

• Performs visual and physical tests on cylinders.

• Repairs cylinder neck leaks, and safety leaks.

• Assists cylinder testers in processing cylinders per DOT specifications, and develops skills in hydro-testing operations.

• Performs cylinder conversions, including de-valving, valving, stripping, and repairing valves being staged for hydro testing. Operation of powered industrial equipment, forklift/electric pallet jacks, steel shot blast equipment, and cylinder paint booth.

• Inspect and repair various energy systems, such as the heating and cooling systems, plumbing, lighting, and kitchen equipment. Assist with repairing floors, roofs, and doors and installing new products, such as windows, carpets, and light fixtures.
