• Company Overview: Jobs for America's Graduates (JAG) is a state-based, national non-profit organization dedicated to instilling employability skills, career development, association, and community service.
• I have currently been at Topeka High for the past seven years, teaching.
• I maintain a roster of students who have a minimum of six barriers that could impede their progress to graduate from high school.
• Identified areas for improvement, narrowing focus for decision-makers in making necessary changes.

• Company Overview: This company started its existence in April 2014, and I was a big part of its success today.
• I was one of the three original employees of the company when it started, with two of the three being the owner-operators of the company.
• Today, the company employs ten individuals, has updated machinery, and is ahead of schedule in paying off much of the debt created when starting the company.
• Obtained specifications and directed work for construction crews.
• Inspected completed work to verify adherence to structural drawings and specifications.
• Delegated work to staff, setting priorities and goals.
• Read site layouts and developed plans for concrete pouring and mixing.

• I was involved with all football activities during the season and in the off-season for the Varsity and Junior Varsity programs.
• Helped with fundraising, summer weights, and conditioning.
• Helped arrange a schedule for football camps and 7-on-7 tournaments and leagues during the summer
• During the season, I was in charge of running the study hall sessions after practice for student-athletes who were struggling in classes

• Required to hire and release players, and schedule all of the day-to-day football activities. I was responsible for hiring and releasing assistant coaches, athletic trainers, and equipment managers.
• Represented the organization to the media and the community during scheduled events.
• I was also involved with the marketing and business activities within the organization.

• Was responsible for a crew of 3-4 female inmates in a work release program within the women's correctional facility
• Performing the daily task of repairs to the prison facility, ranging from roofing, concrete work, framing, plumbing, minor electrical work, and drywall.
• Teaching a valuable trade skill to individuals within the prison system so that they will be able to transition into the workforce when released.

• I was responsible for a crew of 4 to 5 men setting up basement foundations, patios, sidewalks, porches, retaining walls, city streets, curb/gutters, and driveways
• Was responsible for all the concrete work projects for the mountain lion and river otter Topeka Zoo exhibit.
• Checked project details to verify job site materials and equipment.
• Managed workers at various experience levels in construction and remodeling projects.

• I was involved with all football activities for the varsity and junior varsity programs.
• From the 2006-2008 season, I was the head assistant football coach and defensive coordinator.
