-Responsible for railcar movement in the washing area
Understand and follow rail operating procedures and policies Operate a Trackmobile Operate on ground as switchman Work in all areas of the wash building Operating customer computer, wash heads and deheel to clean out pellets Thoroughly inspecting railcars before they sent to loading area Work both indoors and outdoors every day to move railcars out of the wash builidng. Climb on and off railcars and trackmobile Climb stairs at least 10-20 times in a given shift Operate railcar hand brakes Operate rail switches work, walk, and stand on uneven ballast surfaces for long periods of time
-Load incoming trucks with Sand from the Silos.
-Use scales to fill trucks to proper weight.
- Offload sand from railcars into the silos using facility conveyor and buckets.
-Move railcars around the facility using Trackmobile.
-At times climb up to and on top of the Silos to assist facility maintenance worker.
-All other facility duties: cut grass when needed, pump water out of the pits when it was flooded. Shovel sand from pits or any other area on the facility.
-Clean out bucket elevators filled with sand so the buckets and work properly.
-Fill tractors and Trackmobile with diesel when needed.
-Sign incoming trucks in and send them to the correct location to drop off oilfield materials.
-Clean out frac tanks or other tanks that need cleaning.
-Use excavator, loader or dump truck to move materials that were on the pad to correct location at the facility.
-basic yard work.
