Energetic and personable, well-suited for roles requiring strong customer interaction and relationship building. Understanding of sales principles and customer service techniques, combined with effective communication and organizational skills. Focused on driving positive customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
Worked seasonally for three summers. I looked after campers ages 9-11, making sure they got to their activities on time, solving problems on the spot, leading and creating group activities, and mediating issues between campers.
My role as a Cornerstone fellow started before camp when I attended a 4 day seminar where I networked with dozens of other camps to learn new, innovative program ideas that I brought back to my camp. I worked with a team to create evening bunk programs that can be used from ages 6-14.
Worked in the hat department of the North Golf Shop where I helped patrons acquire their desired hats, gave selection and styling guidance, managed crowds and high demand, and facilitated friendly connections.
Assisted customer shopping needs, performed cashier and gift-wrapping functions for checkout, created social media content for store advertising, worked closely with manager to create store displays and restock inventory.
