- I shadowed 55 hours of neurological and vestibular rehab at the South Hills UPMC outpatient center.
- Here, I was able to observe and interact with patients recovering from or fighting against spinal cord injuries, strokes, concussions, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, vestibular disorders, and brain cancer.
- Neurovestibular Focus - I witnessed how lives were changed in mere minutes with techniques like the Eppley maneuver to target the imbalance of crystals in the semicircular canals.

- Gained exposure to aquatic therapy interventions using a therapy pool to improve mobility, decrease pain, and safely progress return-to-sport activities for both youth and adult orthopedic patients.
Research Participant: Natural Environment Biomechanics after ACL Reconstruction

- Participant in a University of Pittsburgh research study focusing on predictors related to the development of post-traumatic osteoarthritis in young patients who underwent ACL reconstruction.
- The goal of the study is to identify early predictors to improve long-term quality of life by participating in MRIs, wearing physical activity and physiological sensors, completing lab gait analysis, and functional fitness tests.
