Started real estate career in Georgia in 1995. Prior to that I taught High School Biology and did real estate part time, in another state
Left teaching to do real estate full time
Managing broker for a large franchise (Weichert Realtors) in Northeast. Recruited, trained and mentored many agents
Successfully brought office from bottom to one of top 3 offices in area.
Was nominated for Managing broker of the year but we moved south
Moved to GA in 1995 and wanted to go back in to sales.
Achieved top agent awards within my 1st year in a new state and began assisting other agents
Began teach real estate courses in 2002 and it has become a large part of my real estate career
Through my teaching I have made many great contacts and brokers call for my thoughts and advice regarding certain situations.
Author several real estate courses including License Law, Code of Ethics, Fair Housing and most importantly, 2 of the 3 core courses for State GRI program. Each course is 15 hours and are updated annually by me.
Past President of my Local Association, Realtor of the Year twice, President's Award twice,
Chaired and served on the following committees for the State Association: RPAC Trustee, Chaired State and Local Governmental Affairs, Chaired RIAC, Chaired Professional Development, will be the 2024 Chair for Professional Standards, Executive committee for 2024-25. I have served on just about every committee at state level
