  • Brought nonprofit agency from 10-12 year deficit in first 2 years and maintaining in excess of $800,000 reserve cash by 2023 - maintaining oversight of eight state programs, three federal programs in prevention and the development of addiction and prevention program for substance use disorders for five years with two funding source grants for the underserved in southeast Harris County with United Way Greater Houston and Houston Port Authority.
