Caroline Lavens

My position at Smashburger greatly contributed to my skills of multitasking, working efficiently under pressure, and providing high-quality customer service. In addition, I've done babysitting for multiple family friends and neighbors, so I am proficient in managing children and handling authority. My experience on my high school basketball team taught me a great deal about successfully working with others, as well as striving to create a healthy and communicative environment in a workplace. Lastly, I've done landscaping for family friends and neighbors, so I am skilled at hands on activities and strenuous physical tasks.

• During my time at Monarch High School, I was co-founder of a club called "Cards for Smiles". Once or twice a month, the club would meet afterschool to make fun and inspiring cards which we would then send to children's hospitals.
• During my freshmen and sophomore year of high school, I was on the girls basketball team.
