Summary

In pursuing a career within the Mounds View School District, I plan to seamlessly transfer my current extensive skills in bookkeeping, correspondence, scheduling, and customer service. Having worked in private education for the last 13 years, my competencies will be an excellent addition to Sunnyside! In my retail positions I handled hiring personnel, balancing finances, motivating and providing incentives to current employees, and training effective sales strategies. With my position at Trestmans I handled billing our 2000+ clients and handling related questions. I also entered our Accounts Payable Invoices, and answered questions from vendors and school districts regarding accounts. I handled all rental payments and inventory as well. I wish to acquire a position that draws on these capabilities, as well as my proficiency with Excel, Publisher, Word,Google Business Suite, Mindbody, RingCentral, Kajabi and the Aimsi accounting software. Ideally my position would consist of independent administrative tasks, collaboration with other staff and faculty, and interaction with and guidance to students.
