Taking vital signs, caring for pre and post open heart Pts assisting them with showers, ambulation and comfort

Worked as unit secretary. Taking off orders, answering phones, faxing assisting RN's and MD's.

Worked in monitor room, interpreting rhythm strips, watching for any changes and notifying staff.
